This is a very difficult time and being pregnant I understand how difficult it must be for you. But don't take stress. Try to maintain hygiene and social distancing. Make sure only one person from the family goes out for groceries and vegetables. You can consult the doctor over the phone and some doctors also arrange for consultation over video call... Go for tests only which your doctor suggest you. Once you are back from outside or whoever goes out, make sure the person washes the shoes and feet properly before entering the house, keep a separate set of shoe wear preferable washable friendly, then immediately go to washroom open the clothes and wash them immediately in hot water and detergent, wash your hands properly for 20 seconds and take a bath...apart from this include vitamin c fruits and vegetables like orange, pineapple, lemons, tomatoes to fight the virus... These are the small steps which does help a lot... Last of all don't take stress and stay positive.
