Hello beautiful moms i m pregnant i have breast pain nd feeling heaviness in breast .is it normal..how to deal wit this problem

Hey congratulations for ur pregnancy ..dear due to physical changes breast pain s common in pregnancy so dont worry .wear cotton nd comfortable bra. Dont wear bra while sleeping . give warm compres to ur breast too ..u ll get relief take care ..Happy pregnancy ..
