Hii guys my kid s suffering from fever from evening. What should I do in this suitation..pls share ur thoughts.

Hey dear it's due to weather change as weather s changing so take care of ur kid. Give paracetamol according to ur Dr's prescription.. give plenty of liquids and water ,if fever s high do sponch, ND if fever s more than 5 days go for blood test too take care.
