Dear it's due to seasonal change so take care if ur kid. Avoid giving cold water,ice cream ,cold drinks too .give warm water it's helps in reducing coughing. Give steam to baby. Give adrak juice with honey before bed time .use nasoclear ND apply warm mustard +,garlic+ajwain on chest ND back too .hope full it's works. If baby don't get relief consult to pediatrician
