Hey dear congratulations for motherhood. Dear I also have same confusion .I consult to my pediatrician he said till 6 months completed stage 1 of formula milk should be given ND from 7 months v should give stage 2 of formula milk is safe. U can try it .u can add stage formula milk in kheer ,shakes ,porridge too
