Dear u should take care of ur weight it's happens so avoid oily spicy and junk food, take plenty of liquids and water ,take 8 to 10 glass water ,3 to 4 ltr liquids daily ,go for walk ,do yoga and exercises .take watermelons,muskmelon too. Try it dear. Take green tea ,oats it's helps in weight loss too
