Congratulations for motherhood dear after delivery belly fat us common problem. It's ll go but very slowly slowly. So don't worry. Take ajwain water ,take plenty of liquids and water ,take 8 to 10 glass water ,3 to 4 ltr liquids daily, take buttermilk,coconut water ,laminate and fresh fruit juices too mgo 4 walk daily ,avoid oily spicy and junk food too take care
