Hi dear.. this is the common complaint heard from my friends during this lockdown. Sitting and working continuously on computer gives stress to back and spinal. The outcome is back pain. For this pls take a break for every 20-30 minutes from work and walk for atleast 5 minutes. After completion of work take a massage and heat or cold compress from upper part of spinal to lower back with the help of your partner. Sit properly and maintain a good posture while working. While sleeping maintain that position in which spinal and back feels comfortable. Work out or atleast do walk regularly. Take plenty of water and stay healthy.

i understand how worst the pain feels, to get rid of such pain don’t sit in a stretch for more than 2-3 hrs always take some 10-15 min break In between, also use this as this can help a lot to be energized and relief from pain.
