I have a history of constipation and sometimes it becomes critical. I do take care of it and went with many medical treatments. I got pregnant recently and I have heard that constipation can create major complications in pregnancy. I don't want to consume tablets. Is there any way to deal with this?

Hello Dear

First of all congratulations

First of all don't take stress. Have healthy diet. Add green vegetables, fruits, milk, curd, dryfruits, salad, daliya, oats in your diet. Avoid maida, oily food, spicy food. Drink lots of water atleast 3 to 4 litres in a day. Drink hot milk before sleep. Take proper sleep atleast 8 hours. Have curd in a day as it helps in constipation problem. Try to drink lukewarm water in a day. Keep yourself busy by doing that you will never thought of your health issues.stay happy. Ask your doctor for ayurvdic treatment or homeopathic treatment which will safe in pregnancy.
