Hello dear, placenta is the one which feeds the baby in the womb.. If the placenta covers the mouth of the cervix then it is known as placenta previa.... My sister also had similar situation, the only way is complete bed rest. There are chances of the placenta to move up as you advance in the pregnancy... So don't worry dear.. Take care
