I am deadly missing my mom's pamper in this lockdown. I have a food craving, especially which mom used to prepare like paneer butter masala. Being a vegetarian, the doctor advised me to include enough amount of protein in my diet. I just wanted to know that how much paneer should I consume daily and what are the other rich sources of protein?

Hi dear! Actually paneer is the best source of protein. 100 gms of paneer gives 18 gms of protein. So, we can consume 100 gms of paneer per day. Along with paneer you can also consume yogurt, lentils, chia seeds, beans, peas, quinoa, hemp seeds, peanut butter, almonds which are also rich in protein. Take proper diet and Stay healthy.
