My 8-year-old daughter and 6-year-old son nowadays both are interested in swimming classes, in fact, their coach always says that they are doing well. We mothers are always worried about their growth as their participating in swimming what extra superfoods should I provide them to make them energetic?
I know you are worried about kid's health, we all mothers are always thinking about our kids that what should We give to stay them always healthy and keep fit. First of all add dryfruits in their diet. Give them salad, fresh fruits, green vegetables, pulses, sprouts, soyachunks, milk, curd, cheese,eggs, fish, chicken. Offer coconut water, juices. Avoid junk food, oily food, sugary food etc. Add tulsi, ginger, garlic, cloves,cinnamon in kid's food as they makes kid's immunity strong.
