I am in my second trimester and ideally how many times should i consume milk. My doc prescribed me some protein supplement which i have to take with the milk. As of now i am taking twice a day. Do i have to increase the intake? My current weight is 59Kg.

Two times milk in a day is perfectly fine. Add curd, paneer, cheese, green vegetables, pulses, sprouts etc. Have small meal every after 2 hours. If your doctor has suggested you to take protein powder then you should take it with milk as its help in baby's development and growth. It also helps in increase in baby's weight. 12 to 14kg weight increase throughout the pregnancy. If your reports are perfectly fine then you should not worry. Enjoyy pregnancy:) God bless you.:)
