Shortness of breath is very common in pregnancy. During pregnancy, there are many changs in the body, one of them is hormonal changs. Pregnancy time progestogen is a hormone, when it starts to get high, then there is a lot of pressure in the respiratory system due to which there is a problem of breathing in pregnancy. In the beginning of pregnancy, your blood increases by 50% due to which the heart has a lot of load in pumping due to which there is difficulty in breathing. Baby's weight causes pressure on your lungs, due to which you have problems in breathing. Baby also increases the demand for oxygen, due to which there is a problem in breathing. Follow these tips on how to control breathlessness 1) When there is problem in breathing, then do deep breathing for 20 minutes. 2) Do not do any work with heavy or heavy load. 3) If you are sitting or lying somewhere, then you are breathing problem, then you change the position. 4) do some light exercises it would be helpful for you.
