What should be the baby heart rate in 3rd trimester. Does doctor checks it regularly. By any chance baby heart rate drops? Will there be any medication to this problem?

Usually 120 and above is what is normal, my gynaecologist had told me. However, drop in baby's heartbeat needs to be checked with other parameters also. It is always better to follow the doctor's guidance in such case dear... Don't worry... Take care
