Dear first will suggest yes it's good to think about your weight and health but make sure don't copy others advise as every person body is different. Make sure first start with healthy eating . Try to do yoga or exercise , specially cardio . It really help in losing weight .prefer doing these work out in the morning. That is best for losing weight faster. Also take high protein diet.keep carb in your diet less. Eat more of protein.stay positive. Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water. Don't eat heavy diet. But have small small diet through out the day. Have dinner before 8 pm. These will surely help you in losing weight.
For intermediate fast, I will suggest once you will get through with above routine , u may do for few days like maximum one week. Do make sure to plan your diet properly after breaking fast.dont starve. You can in the start skip one meal and so . Then write us back for further advise. ????
