Hello dear,
Congratulations on your pregnancy. During pregnancy we crave for variety of food. You can have everything in moderation. Try to take more of homemade food rather than outside food. All the mentioned food can be taken in moderation. Just avoid papaya and pineapple. Also avoid fruit cakes as the fruits given mostly are papaya with added colours.
