Hi, I am pregnant and my first trimester is going on. I want to know about diet plan which can give correct nutrition to me and my baby.

Congratulations dear for your pregnancy. Enjoy this beautiful phase. Regarding diet plan for first trimester I would like to suggest that you eat at regular intervals. Take fruits like apple, banana, orange, pomegranate along with your diet. Take nuts, green vegetables, pulses, cereals, brown rice, milk, egg, yogurt. This will help you to give better nutrition to you and your baby.
