Hey dear don't take any supplement.. it's not safe .its can harm too do avoid it ..If u want to loose weight avoid oily spicy junk food take plenty of liquids nd water as take 8 to 10 glass water ,buttermilk, coconut water, leminate nd fresh fruit juices ,gov4 walk ,do yoga ,take warm water add honey nd lemon nd take in early morning ..take oats, green tea its also helpful ..try it dear ..I also try all these things .its loose my weight .
