Congratulations for pregnancy dear while pregnancy u have to take care of ur diet as babies growth depends on mothers diet ..so take healthy diet. Fruits nd vegetables r very healthy as its rich wit natural vitamin nd minerals .. so it's very necessary..dear only avoid papaya ,pineapple, litchi nd black grapes. It's not safe ..another all fruits r safe .u can take apple ,mango ,banana ,muskmelon ,watermelon nd all seasonal fruits,nd vegetables too ..take cheese ,butter,paneer,green vegetables,fresh, oats ,ragi in diet ..take care..
