Gud morning dear its due to poor nutition so take healthy diet as babies growth depends on mother's diet .take multivitamin suppliments as ur dr suggest u. Take milk wit mother horlicks , add milk , cheese , butter, paneer , green vegetables, fresh fruits, oats , ragi , dry fruits in ur diet ..take plenty of liquids nd water too .take care happy pregnancy ..
