Hello i m pregnant nd suffering from fever from morning ..can i take dolo500./is it safe

Congratulation for pregnancy fever s due to seasonal change nd all paracetamol r not safe in pregnancy ..so dont take any paracetamol without consulting ur dr so consult tobur gynologist nd take that paracetamol acvording to ur drs prescription. Take rest , avoid stress , take warm water , take ginger tea , turmeric milk too .try it take care.
