Hey dear due to poor nutrition babies weight doesnot gains .so consult to ur pediatrician ND give multivitamin as ur Dr suggest u ..give healthy diet as add milk,cheese ,butter ,paneer ,green vegetables,fresh fruits ,oats ,ragi ,Deshi ghee in diet it's really works in increasing weight too .try it
