Congratulations for pregnancy dear in pregnancy hemoglobin level reduce si take iron supplements according to ur Dr's prescription. Take green vegetables as meethi leaves ,Palak and all green vegetables,beetroot ,in fruits take apple ,pomegrate and all seasonal fruits with this take milk ,oats ,ragi and dry fruits too it's helps in increasing hemoglobin level too
