How to prevent grey hairs..pls suggest
Hello friends, What could be done to prevent greying of hairs. My sister is just 21, facing grey hair issue. Any home remedies to cure this? Aby one have idea abht this

Hlli dear poor nutrition is a reason of pre mature grey hairs so dear take healthy diet ,take multivitamin as de suggest ..take protein rich diet add milk ,cheese ,panerr ,green vegetables, fresh fruits in diet and avoid hair colour and use natural heels too it'd safe..

As a mother I understand ur situation ..I was also worried abht kids skin in summers last year then my friends advised me to use coocoo kids sunshield sunscreen lotion by pure herbal it's herbal chemical free ND protect skin from sun rays..u can try it dear..

Congratulations for motherhood dear hair fall is common in infants..so don't worry. My bhabhi baby also have hair fall issue then she start using coocoo mystical hair oil ,shampoo by pure herbal ND her babies hair fall stop .it's herbal ND chemical free too .u can try it

Congratulations for pregnancy dear fruits are very healthy it's rich wit natural vitamins and minerals .so it's safe. In pregnancy.in pregnancy only avoid pineapple ,papaya ,green grapes ND litchi ..another all fruits are safe .

Hii dear may be shampoo s not suiting to u that's why hair fall starts or may be it's due to poor nutrition. Same happens to me I start taking protein rich diet and start using manaearth rosemary shampoo ,oil ND conditioner too it's made by natural indigent ND helps in reducing hair fall too. U can try it

Hello dear ur budget s good so u can give a good gift .u can give ac,fridge ,smart TV, any gold just as chain, ear rings or rings too..so I think u should first ask to ur Sil ND give gift to her. Hey congratulations for motherhood. Dear I also have so much confusion anht formula milk because my breastfeeding milk also start reducing in 6 months too. My Dr advised me to give lactose 2 to baby .he advised me to add this formula milk in kheer ,shakes ,porridge too u can try it dear it's best

Due to dandruff he s facing itching too .so do oiling regularly .same happens to my daughter I m using mamaearth baby oil nd shampoo too it's made by natural indigents nd helpful in reducing dandruff nd reduce itching too ..its very helpful dear..u can try it dear..

Congratulations for pregnancy dear ur afi s low it should be between 10 to 18 cm.. so take 8 to 10 glass water ,3 to 4 ltr liquids as buttermilk ,coconut water,lemonate, fresh fruit, watermelon ,muskmelon too nd take medicine according to ur drs prescription..try it dear ..take care
