Hey dear I understand ur suitation but hair colour s not safe ..all colours contains amonia nd another chemicals too which s not safe for skin nd eyes..so better s to avoid it nd use natural heena it's safe for u..as it's natural, no chemical added too ..I m using mamaearth natural heena paste ..its already prepared nd hair colour s best . U can try it dear ..

Need suggestion abht cow milk nd solids.
My child s completed 6 months ..can I.start solids nd cow milk. Because I dont have sufficient breast milk. Need suggestions

Dear if baby has completed 6 months nd 7 month has started u can start semi solids. As u can give dal water soup, rice water soup ,mashed banana ,sooji wit milk too nd slowly slowly start solids too .nd a big no for cow milk .as it's not safe for under 1 year babies .as babies kidneys r immature they cannot digest cow milk before 1 year..cow's milk lacks the proper amounts of iron, vitamin C, and other nutrients that infants need .so avoid it . Give only breast milk or formula milk untill babybxompleted 1 year...take care

Hey dear yes health insurance is very necessary..as in that they covered all facilities as room ,medicines, dr charges nd all medicines Bill's too .nd if any one admit in hospital they ll pay all medicines facilities after discharge too .dear I also take Hdfc health insurance policy ..its best . U can try it dear consult to ur agent nd take health policy too

Hey dear same happens to my kids .no baby products was suiting to my kids. I try himalaya ,Johnson too but not satisfied then my friends advised to use mamaearth baby products. .i start using mamaearth shampoo ,oil ,soap too ..its best nd made by natural indigents too ..nd touch wood its suits to my kids too ..u can try it .its best ..

Hey dear if unr planning for pregnancy then wait until ur periods missed.. missed period s first symptoms of pregnancy..if ur periods missed then after 8 to 10 days of missed period do pregnancy test or go 4 beta hcg blood test by that u ll be sure abht pregnancy. Try it best of luck..

Hii dear if there a fatty liver u have to take care of ur self . Avoid oily spicy junk food take plenty of liquids nd water ,take 8 to 10 glass water daily , buttermilk,coconut water, lemonate, fresh fruit juices too ,go 4 walk ,do yoga nd exercises too .nd take medicine according to ur drs prescription...take care

Hello dear .its a symptom of sciatica pan.i.so once consult to orthopaedic nd take medicine according to ur drs prescription. Take rest ,avoid standing more than10 min..give warm compress to ur knees..take turmeric milk too.. nd if u dont get relief consult to ur dr nd go 4 physiotherapy too

Hey dear ur baby s 2 years so it's a perfect timing to sent ur kid in play group ..as if u start sending her school she ll learn how to go school ,sit ,sharing habit, holding pencils nd colours. How to eat ,sit nd another matters too .I also sent my son school in 2 years too..

No never use hair colour it's not safe ..as its contains chemical which can cause eyes or skin irritation too .so better s to avoid it ..I also start using hair colour nd my eyes starts itching .so stop using it nd start using natural heena. It's safe. No side effect too u can try it dear . Try natural heena.

Congratulations for pregnancy dear try to avoid bleech it's not safe as its contains amonia nd cause nausea nd vomiting too so better s to avoid it nd facial s safe but make sure go 4 fruit facial.its safe in pregnancy only take care. Happy pregnancy
