What should be the first solids for 6 months baby
My baby has completed 6 months now what should be the first food .pls tell me

Congratulations for motherhood dear as ur baby completed 6 months 7 month has start u cab start solids first give dal water soup ,rice water soup ,mashed banana, sooji with milk too u can gibe cerelac too .try it dear.

Congratulations for motherhood dear yes supplements are nesaaary to take after delivery. So consult to ur Dr and take iron and calcium supplements according to ur Dr's prescription try it

Hey dear my skin was also dull no glow at all .my friends advised me to take plenty of liquids and water ,rub ice cube daily and panacea advanced vitamin c serum by pure herbal it's herbal chemical free and gives u glowing skin naturally..u can try it dear.

Yes dear in low bp chakkar comes so give plenty of liquids as buttermilk, coconut water ,fresh fruit juices ,fresh fruits ,electrol or energyl too try it u can give coffee too she ll feel better

Hey dear some women's face period cramping too I was also facing same then I start using hot water bag while period time,take ginger tea ,take rest and avoid stress ND I get relief u can try it dear .

Hey dear for good health give healthy diet .give 3 to 4 times formula milk or breastfeeding milk and 3 to 4 times solids per day .Give mong Dal kichri,daliya with milk ,mashed rice and dal ,Fruit purees as apple ,Mango, banana purees .give home made cerelac too try it it's helpful in increasing weight and growth too

Hey dear insuggest u to avoid using soap it's makes skin dry so instead of soao use body wash ..try coocoo body wash by pure herbal it's herbal chemical free ND makes babies skin soft and smooth..tried ND tested

Hey dear my skin is super dry I am using mamaearth honey Malai face wash ,skin plump face serum and manaearth homey Malai cream too it's makes skin soft And with this take plenty of liquids and water and rub ice cube too .u can try it
