how to take besan bath? I always in hurry while taking a bath.
Hello all, how to take besan bath? I always in hurry but i make a paste of besan with curd and turmeric. I cant wait to keep on my body for long. So how to get maximum benefits of besan.?

Besan bath is considered as good for body scrubbing and polishing. It is usually advised to let the paste dry but is not necessary always. Just washing ur body with besan, alongwith either milk or curd and doing gentle scrubbing also provides good result. Moreover, u can use masoor dal powder for the same purpose. Try to take out sometime for urself in 15 days, it vl definitely give u internal happiness.

Is it ok to eat brown rice regularly
From past three years We switched to brown rice from white rice. Recently I realised that It has high levels of arsenic. Can anyone please suggest Is it ok to eat brown rice regularly, since it has high levels of arsenic. TIA ????

Arsenic contamination is a serious concern. Brown rice contains higher amounts of arsenic than white rice. The following tips should help reduce the arsenic content of your rice:1. Use plenty of water when cooking.
2. Wash the rice well before cooking. This method may remove 10–28% of the arsenic.
If you eat large amounts of rice, the white variety may be a better choice. But if it is consumed occassionally, the above method can be used as precautions.

I feel hungry frequently. What could be the reason?
I dont know why i feel so hungry very frequently. I take normal meal and in moderate amount. But i feel hungry even after 2 hours of my meal. Whats the reason of feeling so hungry?

Its always best to have small portion of meal after 2 hours. 3 big meals a day is not considered as an ideal diet. We should have a glass of water half an hour before major meals. If u feel hungry in between u can have fruits, salads, nuts, healthy drinks. 6 small portions of meals a day with regular intake of water helps to maintain the weight as compared to big 3 portions of meals a day.

Is it good to travel now in covid19 crisis.
Hey all, I was stuck at my in laws place due to coronavirus, now i have to travel. Is it good to travel now? Flights are resumed so planning to travel. Also any one travelled please share your experience of journey.

If its urgent, u can travel. But take some precautions like face mask, gloves, face cover, sanitizer. If possible wear full sleeves clothes. Try not to touch anything here and there. Be little cautious and positive.
