Its always best to have small portion of meal after 2 hours. 3 big meals a day is not considered as an ideal diet. We should have a glass of water half an hour before major meals. If u feel hungry in between u can have fruits, salads, nuts, healthy drinks. 6 small portions of meals a day with regular intake of water helps to maintain the weight as compared to big 3 portions of meals a day.

Well if you are on your foot always then it’s normal. Also it’s good to have something in every 2-3 hrs. Intake more water. It will definitely help.
