I am having diabetes on the higher side, my doctor says that I should control it, otherwise he might suggest insulin for me. please guide me on how to reduce my levels. My age is 37 years and he said since its hereditary it might stay prolonged.

Hello Dear

I would suggest you to do some yoga or exercise which one is more easy for you. Do walk atleast 30 mins in a morning or 30 mins aftwr dinnner. Avoid rice, potatoes, sugary food like sweets, sweet biscuits etc. Drink lots of water. Don't think too much of negative, try to keep yourself happy. Trust me stress ia one of the main reason for sugar, bp and many more problems. So keep yourself busy so that you don't have time to think all this. Take care.
