I have a history of having a low HB level. My HB level always below 10. I have to check every month for it but since lockdown, the labs are closed so unable to check. Is there any specific diet I can follow apart from supplements and common iron-rich foods to maintain a good HB level.

Hello Dear

You can easily increase your hb levels. Add green vegetables, pulses, fresh fruits like apple, mangoes, banana, cherry, papaya, watermelon eat all seasonal fruits daily and add dryfruits in your diet. Eat salad daily in afternoon in which you can have beetroot, carrots, tomatoes as they are rich in iron. Keep yourself happy. Avoid stress. Take small meals every 2 hours. Good luck. :)
