I recently started my workout for weight loss but i am not having much idea about the diet like checking macros and protein level, carbs level, etc. I eat normal homemade food maintaining oil and add vegetables in a good amount. Can anybody help me with a more balanced diet?

Hi dear, very good question . We all must start our day with light exercise to keep us fit and healthy. Most important is healthy diet too. Our body to metabolise need proteins, fiber, macronutrients, micronutrients, carbs, healthy fats etc. Hence including 40-45% of fruits and vegetables, 10% healthy fats, 20-25% fiber rich or carbs, 25% proteins in your diet would be a balanced diet. I would suggest go for more zero oil recipes or try to include some home made ghee, a healthy fat or olive oil in your cooking. In addition to above all, if you have habit of exercising or yoga or brisk walking atleast for 45-60 min. This would help you great for weight loss.
