Hii moms nd moms to be ..is exercises r safe in pregnancy ..any one have idea abht this..
Congratulation for pregnancy dear if there s no complication as low lying placenta , bleeding , pain or short cervix then only u can do light exercises ..u can do alom vilom , suryanamashkar ..u can go for walk too.. Itsalso safe ..it ll makes u active nd its helps in normal delivery too ..
