What protocol do doctors follow once the pregnancy test with the kit is positive? I mean what all tests will be done immediately after knowing that I am pregnant?

I have frequent urination issue, I go urine many times in a day what to do, is this normal? I am in my 4th month of pregnancy, I heard this issue develops in the last stage of pregnancy but at this point is it okay or I am thinking too much?
