Hey moms I heard that government s giving 6 thousand rupees to pregnant women . Is it true ..any one have idea.

Hllo dear for loose weight u have to change ur lifestyle. Avoid oily spicy junk food ..take plenty of liquids nd water..take 8 to 10 glass daily , 3 to 4 ltr liquids. As buttermilk, coconut water, lemonate nd fresh fruit juices.. Go for walk , do yoga nd exercise.. Take 1apple per day its burns fat too . take care

Hii dear hair fall s common problem so nothing to worry abht ..take healthy nd protein rich diet .i also have same issue i start taking healthy diet nd start using mamaearth onion shampoo , oil , conditioner md hair mask too ..within 1month my hair fall stops nd helpful in hair growth too .its made by natural indigrents too so its safe ..even i was using in pregnancy too ..u can tryit dear..

Congratulation for pregnancy. Dear when the fertlize egg implants to the borderline of utrus then 20 to 25% womens face bleeding or spotting issue so nothing to worry about.. Consult to ur gynologist tomorrow nd go for scan nd take medicine injection according to ur drs prescription.. Take rest , avoid sex , avoid carry heavy things too .take care..

Hey congratulations for ur pregnancy ..dear due to physical changes breast pain s common in pregnancy so dont worry .wear cotton nd comfortable bra. Dont wear bra while sleeping . give warm compres to ur breast too ..u ll get relief take care ..Happy pregnancy ..

Hey dear dont give water to 4months baby .as it s not safe to give water to baby before 6months ..if baby s taking breast milk water s gling through breast milk nd if baby s taking formula milk then also water goes wit milk as v make formuka milk in water too..so in both suitation water s gping through milk..there s no need to give additional water to baby ..give only breast milk untill baby completed 6months . take care

Dear ur budget s good u can give a good nd useful gift ..u can give fridge ,LCD, windowAc,Ro purifier, fully automatic washing machine ..u can give all home curtains ,bed a also a good option..so ask to ur sister in law give all these options ..as she tells u .u can purchase that too .last year meri devrani nd new home liya tha nd I give lg fully automatic washing machine to her too .so take decision according to her requirements..

Congratulations for pregnancy dear its happens..dont takes stress otherwise ur BP ll increase..dear if babies weight a low take healthy diet . Consult to ur dr nd take protein powder wit milk ,cheese butter,paneer,green vegetables,fresh fruits,nuts, oats ,ragi in ur diet .take milk 3 times in a day its helpful in Increasing babies weight. Same happens to me I also take all these nd milk wit protein powder too nd my babies weight increase nd I give birth to 3 kg birth weight of baby ..so dont worry . Take care dear happy pregnancy..
