Hii beautiful ladies i want to loose my weight ..wgat should i change in my lifestyle. .

Hllo dear for loose weight u have to change ur lifestyle. Avoid oily spicy junk food ..take plenty of liquids nd water..take 8 to 10 glass daily , 3 to 4 ltr liquids. As buttermilk, coconut water, lemonate nd fresh fruit juices.. Go for walk , do yoga nd exercise.. Take 1apple per day its burns fat too . take care
