Hi dear,
With the stressful life we lead, it definitely affects our hair.. I would suggest you to take a balanced diet, have more of green vegetables, and fruits, include atleast 10 to 12 glasses of water.. Also I use olive oil, castor and coconut oil in equal quantities and apply it overnight and then use a mild shampoo next day.. Try this it works..hope this helps.
