Season change fever coming to kid
My kid s 5 years old ..fever s coming from last 3 days. What should I do ..

Hey dear fever s due to seasonal change..as present time there a viral infection so give paracetamol nd another medicines as ur dr suggest u . Give plenty of liquids nd water .if fever a more than 101 do sponch nd if fever s more than 5 days go 4 CBC nd Crp test. Take care .

Trying for pregnancy not able to conceive.
Moms I m asking on behalf of my bhabhi. She s trying for pregnancy from last 6 months but not able to conceive .. in which days she have to try for pregnancy any one have idea abht this .

Hey dear I understand her suitation .same happens to me i was not able to conceive then my dr advised me to try for pregnancy in ovulation period as in ovulation period there a so many chances of conceiving . So advised her to plan 4 pregnancy in ovulation period. If her period cycle s of 28 to30 days her ovulation period ll be on 14 to 16 day of period .count it like this nd plan 4 pregnancy nd keep pillow under the hip while intercourse. Try it best of luck..

Going to enter in 2 trimester confusion abht scan
Hii I m going to complete 1 trimester now 2 trimester ll start . Which test nd scan should be in 2 trimester. Pls suggest..

Congratulations for pregnancy dear now u ll be in 2 trimester.. in 2 trimester after 18 weeks consult to ur dr nd go triple marker test nd anomaly scan as both r very necessary. .its also called level 2 scan.. its Detect birth defects, such as a spina bifida or heart problems...so go 4scan nd test according to ur drs prescription..

First trimester dr advised scan really confusion..
Hey moms nd moms to be . I m in first trimester as 10 weeks. Dr suggest me for scan..I heard scan should be after 3 months completed should I go 4 scan or wait..

Congratulations for pregnancy dear ur dr s right .my dr suggest me TVs scan in 8 weeks nd in after 10 week completed she suggest me Nt scan..as it's very nesasary. It helps determine your baby's risk of congenital conditions like Down syndrome. So its very necessary..so consult to ur dr nd go for Nt scan. Take care happy pregnancy

Hii good evening dear ..yes u r right it's difficult to take decision about investment .Last year I also have confusion abht investment..I go bank ,post office nd take enquiry..then I get to know that in post office there a a scheme of Kisan Vikas patra..in that scheme they give double money in 10 years .. then I take 2 Kisan vilas patra for my son too .in post office money s safe too ..dear consult to nearest post office nd u can take invest ur money there too .try it take care dear.

Need tips ..after delivery back pain >sleeping problem< relief from pain..
Hey beautiful moms after delivery i have too much back pain .not able to sleep properly ,walk properly hw i ll get relief in pain

Congratulations for motherhood. Dear after delivery back pain s common problem so take rest ,wear flat nd comfortable sleepers,use belt,give warm compress,avoid carry heavy things ,u can use any pain relief balm or warm mustard oil too,take turmeric milk too. hopefully u ll get relief. Take care
