Hey dear fever s due to seasonal change..as present time there a viral infection so give paracetamol nd another medicines as ur dr suggest u . Give plenty of liquids nd water .if fever a more than 101 do sponch nd if fever s more than 5 days go 4 CBC nd Crp test. Take care .
