How can I control the portion size for my 5 years old? People will judge me being a mom how can I count the portion size for my baby and this is how my family is thinking and making me feel bad but I have noticed that he is way more dependent on snacks these days while watching tv or doing any activity he wants something or the other to eat frequently, am I thinking too much or kids used to do like that?
Please relax and don't take so much stress.. As long the child is having healthy food there is nothing to worry but yes not while watching the TV or mobile ...as it might make the child eat more than its appetite.. If the child wants to have snacks, let him first finish it then watch TV.... Don't worry about portion size, let the child eat as per the appetite... Hope this helps
