Question
I am 10 weeks pregnant working for a startup company. My husband has a small scale hosiery business where it's closed due to lockdown. Now I am the bread earner for my family. Recently my team lead called upon and explained the company has been facing problems during the lockdown which they have to take the call and relieve me next month. Though I am working from home completing the targets moreover it's challenging for me to find a new job. They cannot fire any employee like this under government rules. Any legal action can I take?
Hi dear, you please refer your confirm letter that received at the time of joining if it's contract based or any probationary period, might we can't do anything, if you have permanent job promise and crossed probationary period than you go through the govt rules.
