We are living in a joint family. We are 2 sisters and 1 brother. I stay with my chachaji family. He is having his own family of 2 daughters. So we are 5 brother and sisters. My brother is working with chachaji. He is helping in his business since early childhood. Compromising his studies he involced 24*7 in building the business. By god grace the business is settled and earnings are good. However my brother gets amount as a part of his salary. I want to know that my brother will get his share on chachaji's property in future. By any means can we claim that ?
Ideally your brother is working as per an employee for which he is getting paid, so he has no stake on your Uncle's property until he himself agrees to it or your brother has anyway done any monetary investment in the property... Hope this helps.. Take care
