Well, eat healthy and light food. Go with early and light dinner. If you feel hungry again before bed consume yoghurt, fruits or milk kind of things. Your weight gain will be less and it will not affect the baby’s growth. Also, I weighed 87kgs atthe time of birth of my child but mine was a normal delivery. So stop worrying about it. I exercised till 37 weeks specially yoga and squats.
