My child is 12 years old and don't want to go to school. We stay in small city town area. We dont have enough family support and other facilities. We are educated family and due to husband job we are posted here. But the area environment and school environment affect my child thinking and behaviour. He talks and behave like small town children. What to do? how to make him understand and tell importance of studies and education.
Hope you all are doing well. I understand your concern, but it is not because you stay in a small town. There are many people who come from small town and hve done really well in academics. It could be that tour daughter is finding it difficult to adjust in this new enviroment. Try to encourage her, take her out, make her mix with people. Ask her to make friends in the class. Once she starts to mingle, slowly it will get better.
