Congratulations dear for your pregnancy. Enjoy this wonderful journey of life. Regarding Mood Swing please do not panic. It is absolutely common in first trimester due to hormonal changes. Take proper rest, eat healthy meals, spend quality time with your near and dear ones, do yoga, prescribed exercises and meditation. It will help you lot.
