Hey dear my Dr tells me that after 8 to 10 days of missed period test or go for beta hcg blood test by that u ll be sure abht pregnancy try it best of luck

Congratulations for pregnancy dear as baby grow utrus also grow it's puts pressure on ribs care that's why ribs pain happens so take rest ,avoid oily spicy and junk food, take plenty of liquids abd water ,give warm compress too ND wear loose bra

Dear constipation is common problem in babies so give 2 ounces water in a day ,give fiber rich food ,oats ,daliya ,khicri ,give papaya puree too and mesasage to ur babies tummy too

Normal delivery is safe in low lying placenta
Guys today in my Svan Dr tells me I have low lying placenta is normal delivery is possible or not

Congratulations for pregnancy dear low lying placenta is a complication of pregnancy so in this complicated pregnancy normal delivery is not safe 4 u and baby .c section is safe 4 u

Hey dear yes I have also taken shatavar churn it's really helpful in increasing breast milk. After delivery I don't have sufficient breast milk I start taking ravdev shatavar churn it's really helps me. U can try it .

Hey dear for proper development healthy diet is nedasary but don't add any health drink powder it's contains lots of sugar and preservatives too so better is to avoid it .u can add dry fruit powder in milk its safe .u can give fruit shakes too it's also safe. Add milk ,cheese ,butter ,paneer green vegetables, fresh fruits. Oats ,ragi in diet too try it it's helps in increasing height abd weight too

Hey dear dark circles are due to less sleep too .so take rest ,sleep 8 to 10 hours per day. I was also facing same issue I start sleeping 8 to 10 hours and using mamaearth bye bye dark circles cream it's doesnot have harmful chemical and helps me a lot in dark circles and puffiness too .with this I am applying potato juice and cumber juice too .u can try it

Congratulations for motherhood dear till 6 months give only breastfeeding milk to baby .give breastfeeding milk after 2 2 hours to ur baby it's helpful in babies all over development too.

Hello my skin is also sensitive and no product suits to me but now I start using mamaearth glow serum foundation it's doesnot have harmful chemical too and it's spread easily too ..in this foundation 9 shades comes .u can choose according to ur skin tone too .try it
