Feeling weakness , tiredness nd low hemoglobin
Hii ladies ..i m feeling very weakness, tiredness ..due to this my dr advised for blood test nd found my hb s 8.6. How to over come this problem..

Hello dear yes due to low hemoglobin u r feeling weakness nd tiredness. So take rest ..ask to ur dr nd take folic acid suppliment nd multivitamin suppliment too ..its really helps u .. Take 1 apple , pomegrante , beetroot daily , add dry fruits , green vegetables , fresh fruits daily ..its also helpful.. Try it take care .

Hey ladies need suggestion .as i get up in morning my eyes r red , swelling , itching.. I think its eye flu ..am i right ..if yes what should i do ..any one have idea .

Yes dear u r right ..its eye flu ..same happens to me last month...so dont worry .consult to eye specialist nd put eye drops as ur dr suggest u ..wash ur eyes wit cold water ..take ice water in bowl nd do cold sponch on ur eyes twice a day .dont touch ur eyes again ..use tissue paper to clean eyes..try it soon u ll get relief.

Wow congratulation for pregnancy dear now u should consult to ur gynologist nd tell abht pregnancy confirmation she ll suggest u folic acid suppliment as folic acid s a superhero of pregnancy.. Take healthy diet , take rest , avpod carry heavy things nd take medicines according to ur gynologist prescripatiin nd go fof test nd scan according to ur doctor . take care happy pregnancy..

Hii Good morning.. Dear hair fall s due to seasonal changes. As in rainy season too much hair fall happens ..i was also facing same issue tgen my friend advised to take healthy diet , plenty of water nd liquids nd suggest to use mamaearth rosemarry shampoo , oil nd conditioner too .i try all this nd manaearth products nd its gives me too much relief .within 15 days of using manaearth anti hair fall shampoo, oil nd conditioner my hair fall reduce nd now my hair s stop .u can try it dear..

Hey dear ots may be due to viral infection as season s changing so take paracetamol nd antibotics according to ur drs prescription nd if fever s more than 5 days go for crp , cbc nd another test too .try it dear take plenty of liquids nd water , avoid taking cold things too take care

What a the best time to start cow milk for baby ..after 6 months or can be start before 6 months any one have idea abht this

Hey congratulations for motherhood .dear cow milk s not safe for under 1 year baby ..Cow's milk does not provide enough, Vitamin E, Iron.. so avoid it before 1 year . My dr tells me that till 1 year only breast milk or formula milk s safe nd healthy .so give only breast milk till 6 months nd after that if u dont have sufficient breast milk u can take help of formula milk but dont give cow milk before 1 year . Take care.

Hey dear .yes u r right .if there spare money then it should be invest.. last year I also have 50 k spare then watch so many plan then I got a scheme as Kisan vikas patra in post office in that scheme they give double money in 9.5 years. I also invest my money .. u can try kissan vikas patra or u can invest in raw gold too...

Hey dear its symptoms of urine infection. So consult to ur dr nd go for urine test nd take antibiotics nd another medicines as ur dr suggest u. Avoid oily spicy junk food take plenty of liquids nd water..take 8 to 10 glass water 3 to 4 ltr liquids .as buttermilk ,coconut water, lemonate and fresh fruit juices. Go for urine as u feel nd after every urine wash ur private part use v wash too .take care dear.

Hey dear I also have confusion abht ovulation as i was planning for pregnancy .my dr tells me ovulation depends on period cycle ..she told me if period cycle s of 28 to 30 days then ovulation period ll be 14 to 16 day of period.i try on those days nd keep pillow under hips while intercourse..I conceive soon ..she can try it dear .best of luck .
