Wow congratulation for pregnancy dear now u should consult to ur gynologist nd tell abht pregnancy confirmation she ll suggest u folic acid suppliment as folic acid s a superhero of pregnancy.. Take healthy diet , take rest , avpod carry heavy things nd take medicines according to ur gynologist prescripatiin nd go fof test nd scan according to ur doctor . take care happy pregnancy..
