Dear Ma'am, securing your child's future doesn't have to be complicated! For busy mothers, low-effort, long-term investment options are key. Here are some practical choices that require minimal active management once set up: Sukanya Samriddhi Yojana (SSY): If you have a girl child, this government scheme is fantastic! It offers excellent, tax-free returns for her education and marriage expenses. Public Provident Fund (PPF): A reliable government-backed option for everyone. PPF offers good, tax-exempt returns over the long term (15 years) and is easy to manage once opened. SIPs in Equity Mutual Funds: For potential higher growth, consider a Systematic Investment... To build a flexible, profitable home business, start by identifying your inherent skills and passions. Consider ventures that leverage Indian strengths, such as bespoke traditional crafts, gourmet home-cooked meals (tiffin services or specialty sweets), online tutoring for school children, or digital services like social media management for local businesses. These allow you to set your own hours and tap into local demand or a wider online market. Focus on a niche where you can provide unique value. Once you've chosen your niche, prioritize efficient time management and family support. Dedicate specific blocks of time to your business, even if they... See more

Need suggestion how many times infants do poop in a day..
Hii moms my baby s 3 months old ..i wants to know how many times poop in a day a normal..my baby s doing 7 to 8 times per day ..is it normal..

Beta, 3-month-old babies mein poop ki frequency bahut vary karti hai, especially agar woh exclusively breastfed hain. Kuch bachhe din mein kai baar poop karte hain, sometimes after every feed, aur kuch sirf ek ya do baar. Aapka baby din mein 7-8 baar kar raha hai toh yeh bilkul normal ho sakta hai, agar woh active hai, doodh theek se pee raha hai, aur uska weight bhi achhe se badh raha hai. Important hai ki aap stools ki consistency aur color dekhein. Agar woh soft, mustard yellow, ya slightly green hain, toh generally sab theek hai. Alarm tab hona chahiye... See more

Need suggestion for open pores nd oily skin..

Beta, oily skin and open pores are common, especially with our climate. The key is gentle, consistent care. Start with a gentle cleanser twice daily. Follow with a good toner – rose water works wonders for shrinking pores naturally. Always use a lightweight, non-comedogenic moisturizer, even if your skin is oily, and don't forget your sunscreen daily.

For a home remedy, a weekly pack of Multani Mitti (Fuller's Earth) mixed with rose water can really help absorb excess oil and tighten pores. Consistency is important, just like with our daily prayers. Be patient, and your skin will thank you!

My heart goes out to you and your husband for the profound loss you've experienced and the challenges you continue to face. It takes immense strength to keep trying, and please know that your feelings are valid. Given your history of extensive treatments and the recent pregnancy, the very first and most important step is to revisit your gynecologist or a fertility specialist. There could be several reasons why you're finding it difficult to conceive again. Your body needs time to recover physically from pregnancy and childbirth, even if the baby was born prematurely. Additionally, the immense emotional stress and... See more

Pregnancy mein kesar milk peena kab start karna chahiye aur kya isse baby sach mein fair hota hai?

Hello maa! Pregnancy mein kesar milk peena generally second trimester se start karna better mana jata hai, yaani lagbhag 4th month onwards. Isse pehle body sensitive hoti hai. Kesar mein kuch beneficial properties hoti hain jo digestion aur mood regulate karne mein help kar sakti hain, aur ye calcium absorption mein bhi faydemand ho sakta hai. Lekin, hamesha moderate quantity mein hi lena chahiye, jaise ek ya do strands hi kaafi hote hain ek glass doodh mein. Zyada kesar garam taseer ka hota hai, so be careful. Apne doctor se discuss karke hi start karna sabse best rahega. Ab baat... See more

Starting to invest early for your baby’s future is a truly thoughtful decision, beta! For ₹2,000 a month and a long-term goal, a Systematic Investment Plan (SIP) in a good equity-oriented mutual fund is often the best choice. This allows you to invest consistently and benefit significantly from compounding over many years. You could consider a hybrid fund for a balanced approach, or a multi-cap fund for broader market exposure, aiming for substantial growth for their education or marriage. Another excellent and safe option is the Public Provident Fund (PPF). It’s government-backed, offers tax benefits, and provides steady, guaranteed returns,... See more

Please share review of facial sheet mask?
Please share review of facial sheet mask? I looking to purchase since long but there are so many brands and i am confused which one is good to go. I have normal to dry skin.

Beta, for normal to dry skin, you should definitely look for sheet masks that focus on hydration. Ingredients like hyaluronic acid, glycerin, aloe vera, and rose extract are excellent for replenishing moisture and giving that healthy glow. Many popular brands offer good hydrating options; you can start with readily available ones to see how your skin reacts before investing in more expensive varieties. Always apply the mask on a clean face, usually for 15-20 minutes, and gently pat in the remaining serum afterward. Follow up with your regular moisturizer to lock in all that goodness. You'll find your skin feeling... See more

Feeling low weakness nd not feeling good ..
Hey moms I m feeling too low nd weakness from last 5 6 days. What a reason behind it.. any one have idea nd what s solution..

Answered a month ago
Feeling weak and low for almost a week is your body’s signal to slow down and take care of yourself. As mothers, we often ignore our own health while looking after the family. This sudden weakness could be due to low hemoglobin (anemia), Vitamin D or B12 deficiency, thyroid imbalance, low blood pressure, or dehydration. Please consult a doctor soon for basic blood tests like CBC, Ferritin, and Thyroid to find the root cause. While you plan your doctor visit, start strengthening your body with these simple steps: Nutrient-rich diet: Drink coconut water, fresh lemon water, or warm milk with... See more

Severior hair fall in kid..need suggestion
Hii moms my elder one girl child a 9 years old nd she have saviour hair fall .hw to deal wit this present time using dove shampoo..pls suggest good shampoo nd oil..

Severe hair fall in a 9-year-old can be concerning, beta. My first suggestion would be to visit a pediatrician or a dermatologist. Sometimes, nutritional deficiencies (like iron or Vitamin D), thyroid issues, or even stress can cause significant hair fall in children, and it's important to rule out any underlying medical conditions first. Once you’ve addressed any health concerns, for daily care, opt for very mild, sulfate-free shampoos – brands like Himalaya Herbals Gentle Baby Shampoo, Dabur Vatika Naturals (their kids' range), or even a mild Ayurvedic shampoo can be good. For oiling, nothing beats a gentle head massage with... See more
