Hello dear,
It is a tendency of everyone to like junk food, we grown ups also love junk food, so there is nothing different for the kids... As for healthy home cooked food, you need to devlop interest in the child... Show the child how healthy food helps to fight germs and bad bacteria, involve them in shopping of vegetables and fruits, include them in cooking like cleaning the vegetables with water, tearing of the leafy vegetables, or simply preparing a salad... Lastly have a family meal, make sure every one in the family has meals together.. Kids learn by copying adults, if we ask adults enjoy our healthy food soon they will also follow... Take care
